The Chatham Jr.Maroons and the Chatham-Kent Salvation Army are teaming up Sunday, November 16th for their annual “Operation Cover Up “ winter coat drive. The Maroons will host the Caledonia Corvairs at Memorial Arena. Game time is 7 pm.
“We’re looking for the community’s help in collecting as many winter coats for children, men and women to help keep everyone warm this year. Especially needed are children’s coats and men’s plus sizes.”
The Maroons are once again asking their fans to bring their gently used or new winter coats to the game on November 16th. Lieutenant Jamie Anstey and Captain Lana Anstey of the CK Salvation Army will be in the front lobby of Memorial Arena collecting the coats on behalf of the CK Salvation Army.
