The Chatham Jr. Maroons Hockey Organization is currently seeking a Music Coordinator to join our team. As the Music Coordinator, you will be responsible for selecting and playing music during home games and events to enhance the overall fan experience.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about music and hockey. The ideal candidate should have excellent time management, communication, organizational skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
Responsibilities include:
– Creating clean playlists. (No explicit language)
– Ensuring all music played is appropriate for a family-friendly environment.
– Coordinating with the team’s game day coordinator.
– Transportation to and from Chatham Memorial Arena.
– Can easily navigate through the different playlists, search for specific songs or artists, and even create new playlists on Spotify and Apple Music.
– Has previous knowledge using a MacBook (Apple Inc.)

As this is a paid position, you will also be responsible for setting up and maintaining all audio equipment for games and events. Game days and times may vary based on external factors. The Chatham Jr. Maroon home games are every Sunday; you will be expected to show up 30 minutes before warm-ups to ensure everything is running smoothly. A schedule with all regular season home games will be provided to best represent the days you will be working.
